My daughter started at the Weston school in Noblesville a couple months ago, she has never really been in the care of... anyone else except myself and a few other family members. Hannah and the other ladies at the front desk have always made me and my child feel welcome and has always been reassuring with my anxiety with sending my daughter to a school. School has been instrumental in rebuilding our family’s trust in daycare providers. My middle son struggled at first but quickly fell in love with Miss Jen. From day one she has been amazing and has made such an impact! Every teacher and staff member we’ve come in contact knows each of my 3 kids by name. They are all truly wonderful including the directors! We attended Noblesville East location since moving to the area last year, there were marks on my child's arm last week... during bath time the evening after school. upon watching the video we established she was grabbed forcefully enough to leave the finger marks on her arm and shoved over on her cot during nap time. I was informed teacher was given a "first and final" or something along those lines but is still with the center. the helper was also seen in the clip and nothing was reported to me, only from my child. Teachers need to be held accountable for their actions as well as not reporting the actions of others, even when theyl supposedly "had no idea they used that much force". I will continue to be as loud as I can until they recognize it shouldn't take blood or broken bones to mean there is a big problem. especially with their supposed policy on punishment etc. I have asked for tapes to be reviewed for 3-4 months prior as that's when she started to complain and not want to go which was unusual for her, still haven't heard anything on that, no surprise.read more

They love their teachers and the flexibility is wonderful to be able to work... with us as parents while we pick Aubree up and take her to preschool and therapy have been wonderful. Read Me if Considering this School!! I write today to share our experience with ABCs and 123s now doing business as... The Weston School. When we first toured the facility we found the staff friendly and welcoming, the only catch I was apprehensive about was we were offered a small discount in exchange for a 5 star review. The menu they offer the children is ridiculous, I don't know how many times I saw from their app my child was being fed things most adults wouldn't eat on a daily basis (hard boiled eggs, baked beans, egg patty) . Often I would pick up a child who was clearly hungry because she's picky. I understand they're trying to provide a healthy meal but I would rather her eat. Security isn't taken very seriously, I cannot count the number of times parents have tried to follow me in without signing into the computer system that opens the door or parents just holding the door for anyone to walk in behind them. The staff while generally friendly seems to change often, I can't count how many "directors" they've had.Parents without proper placards and Staff parking in handicap spots that is never enforced. I've watched people with actual placards have to wait for parents who have no business parking in them to clear the spot. However the real issue comes at the end. With very little warning, they decided to stop driving the bus route to take our daughter to school (a school that if you check the list of schools they service is still listed). They claim a lack of staff caused this as well as our child being the only one attending that kindergarten school, however other schools are still serviced. ZERO attempts were made to help keep us as clients. It was just sorry but we're not going to drive to your child's school anymore so we're dropping you completely, with little warning.My advise is look into other schools. I know that finding child care is difficult however I'm sure that better options can be found as this provider will have no loyalty to you and will drop you with no warning.read more

We haven't offically started going here yet but my first impressions of the staff and place are excellent.I LOVE the... security features at this site! Finger prints system to get inside is brilliant! This alone gives me a feeling of safety because it doesn't allow anyone to become lax in their duties but it doesn't stop there. They also have cameras in every room, that can be viewed in the entry on a tv monitor, an app that allows parents to view their childs progress throughout the day with photo updates and easy communication between teacher and parent, and a thermal thermometer that will alert the staff if the person trying to enter has a high fever, which is essential during this covid crisis! Aside from the security features, I got a really good impression from the staff. We took a tour of the facilty and all throughout they made it a point to include my 3 year old in everything! She was so excited to be there and it made me happy to see how they so easily welcomed her and went out of their way to make sure she was happy throughout the tour. She even got to play on the playground in the back for a portion of the time while we talked! I'm truely excited to have my daughter go here!read more

It has always been a great fear of mine to place my kids in daycare. The thought of not knowing what's going on with... my children when I'm not around absolutely terrifies me. As I walked into the doors of this facility there was not one thing that I could nitpick at to persuade me to turn around and walk out of there. The staff was so warm and welcoming with my children and I. Seeing how secured the building was had me praising them on how the place was set up. Also knowing that my kids are going to be exposed to an academic curriculum being so young makes me feel like this place really wants them to succeed in all Endeavors that's to come. Love my 4 year old's teacher. Ms. Audra is great. As far as the school aged kids, the reason for only 3 stars, it's not... so good. Need more staff for this group of children. TOO many instances of walking in and seeing inappropriate behavior NOT being corrected by staff, even when they see the behavior. On a recent incident, I asked to see video (yes they have cameras) I was told by the director that the cameras weren't working that day. This could be true but... what a coincident! I won't go into much detail with other incidents but overall if they get more staff (which I know is a tough task) and reorganize/strategize how to deal with the school age kids I will re-rate. Too many complaints heard going in and coming out that staff and administration failing to tell parents when incidents happen with their children and I am a witness of this. Don't like when my child tells me something and I haven't heard it from staff AFTER leaving. They also tell people to rate to get a discount on the registration and supply fees when you FIRST join so I purposely waited a few months to give a more accurate rating. So be aware of that when viewing these ratings. I get it. Money low and need the discount but it's not an accurate rate (STRICTLY my opinion; to each his own).read more

My son begged me let him stay at the "Block School" after we finished our initial tour of the facility. (He calls it... the block school because of the blocks on the sign, haha) I could not tell who was more excited for his first day, the staff or my son! Everyday when I pick him up, he asks if he can "stay until morning time." It is very clear that all of the teachers and staff absolutely love what they do. My children have just started there over 2 weeks ago. So far my kids say that they love it. I love the friendly... attitude and atmosphere. They always greet you and talk to you treat you like family. The kids have fun and it small which makes it feel more intimate. Staff is always professional, they update you all day on your child’s activities and behavior in your email and keep track of everything. They even pay attention and report if something happens to your child. I love this because the last daycare on township line road (abacus) were the complete opposite. So it feels good to have a place you can trust. I hope this place goes better than the last. I would recommend this place! 🥰read more

The... management staff was so helpful in getting us enrolled, and made the process so effortless. They communicate everything with us and keep updating the app and emails throughout the day and our son was 16 month then and he has learned so much from the wonderful teaching staff. Those of you who are parents will understand how difficult a decision child care can be. My wife and I actually... switched our son into this facility from another one, with which we were vaguely dissatisfied. We haven't looked back in the year since. There are so many things to like about this place. It seems like everyone there knows my son by name, including the director, Dana. In fact, I end up touching base with her most days. She personally worked with us to modify the menu for our son's food allergy. It sounds so simple, but when it's not a peanut allergy it can be really tricky to get right.It's apparent that all his teachers love their work and it shows. Whether it's a hug, reading to him, or just being able to tell us about what he's up to, you can tell they really care. We get pictures of what he's doing nearly every day, and he does a lot! Just yesterday, he learned about textures from touching sandpaper. He paints constantly. He's played with snow on a sensory table and seen a praying mantis up close.The facilities are clean, there are cameras in every room - visible to the front desk staff, and it's a Paths to Quality Level 3 facility (on their way to Level 4). That means they have an educational curriculum, highly trained teachers, and have to meet standards significantly above the state minimum.I could go on and on, but this place is amazing. Obviously no place is perfect, and we've had a few snags here and there, but we've always managed to work them out quickly. I highly recommend this childcare facility.read more

ABC'S & 123's is a great facility!! The teachers are fabulous and so is Dana. My children are going on 3 years there... and I wouldn't choose any other daycare. They do a great job with teaching the children as well as showing them a great time!! Definitely recommend. 🙂read more

I tried to give this daycare the benefit of the doubt. Nope, changed my mind. If something happens to your child they... will not call you. The only way you will find out is if you have an angry crying child. If you ask them why they didn't call you, they come up with some bs excuse. The first few incidents I handled politely. Then it kept happening. I should have known. The vice president kicked my kids out and the new director lied. The one on Coffman Rd is the worst. I've talked to previous employees who no longer work for the company. They apologized this happed because they said they aleady know and aren't surprised this daycare isn't out of business yet. My kids have been bullied at this daycare. They always seem to advertise the one in Avon but not the one on Coffman Rd. This is a level 1 daycare. You are better off going to a daycare that is progressing to a level 3-4. They have not progressed. Do your research on the daycare levels. Level 3 and 4 daycares have more educated staff members. The vice president couldn't even call me himself and talk. I'm so over this daycare. Do your research before you decide on a daycare. Save your negative comments because I don't want to hear them. My kids are traumatized! Update: I don't care if you guys bumped up to a level 3 daycare. My kids are still traumatized, and their safety was put at risk. This daycare will always be terrible. I will write a bad review on every website!! This daycare will never care about safety in my eyes. You guys will say and do anything to make yourself look good.read more
