Ms. Parrish, our new Pre-K Teacher, is currently working on her Doctorate in Behavior Science and has almost 30 years of experience as an educator. 

Why do you work in Early Childhood Education?

I suffer from Dyslexia and when I see these children, I see myself and want to help each of them excel in their own way.  A teacher once called me “slow”.  It has always been my passion to teach and give today’s students a positive educational experience.

What is your favorite thing to do with the children?

I like teaching them nursery rhymes and poems and then helping them reenact what they learned.
